Argo was commissioned to carry out an Electrical Periodic Inspection.
Upon arriving to perform the inspection – there was visible hazards that immediately identified themselves such as bare wire showing, plug sockets that were neither closed nor mounted, posing not only a fire threat but the threat of an electric shock to anyone that come into contact with the sockets.
There was also a code 1 fault found on a fuse. A code 1 is defined as “Danger present. Risk of injury. Immediate remedial action required.”
